This course, brought to you by Today’s Training and IQ Legal Training, will explore how to deal with challenging clients; providing a range of practical hints and tips borne out of the experience of expert trainer Zoe Upson.

A former partner in a law firm and head of the property team, what Zoe hasn’t seen or heard isn’t worth knowing! And ahead of the stamp duty deadline, like at many other times of the year or key dates, clients can become even more challenging. This course will deal with methods you can immediately implement to help keep those clients in check and get you ahead of the client care excellence for your firm.

  • Practical hints and tips that you can use to help deal with those challenging clients
  • Psychology of clients
  • How to avoid the client becoming challenging in the first place

Extensive notes will be provided and time will be set aside for delegate questions
