In order for a deed to be registerable it must be validly executed by the person making it.

In this session Maria discusses the execution of deeds to ensure they have been correctly signed and witnessed (if appropriate). Particular attention will be paid to the execution of deeds by individuals, companies, trustees and attorneys. Approved sample execution clauses will also be provided. The execution of deeds by an individual, a company, a trustee and an attorney will be reviewed and sample approved execution clauses will be provided.
