DESCRIPTION:Conflict is a common and often emotionally charged aspect of professional practice\, particularly when working with parents\, couples and families. This 1.5-hour CPD workshop explores the nature and dynamics of parental conflict\, helping practitioners understand conflict as a natural part of human relationships. Drawing on key theories of relational life\, the session offers practical concepts and tools for working confidently and effectively with conflict in practice. Participants will be introduced to the Parenting Apart Programme’s unique methodological approach\, which supports families to develop more positive and cooperative working relationships\, whether they are experiencing ongoing conflict or navigating separation or divorce.
