This two part series of webinars will explain the most common types of Will Trusts that are likely to be encountered by practitioners, when they might be used and the tax treatment of each Will trust.

By the end of this session, you will be able to:-

• Explain and identify the different types of Will Trust.
• Choose which Will Trust will be most appropriate for a client’s circumstances.
• Demonstrate an understand of the tax treatment of such trusts when drafting Wills or when such trusts are encountered during the estate administration process.
