Our Trainers
We partner with industry leading experts to deliver short online courses which are designed to provide practical advice and guidance for your day-to-day roles.
Ian has delivered over 1500 property related training courses for city and regional firms, local law societies and local authorities. His training style and delivery is relaxed, but he is able to explain the law and practical issues relating to the training topic in a way that ensures delegates learn, or reinforce learning, and derive meaningful benefit from the training provided.
Ian has provided training to businesses in-house, public courses, and spoken at conferences. He is prolific in his delivery of webinars on conveyancing related issues, and he has delivered live and pre-recorded webinars nationally and internationally for both of the leading legal training providers and continues to do so.
Helen’s work includes seminars, lecturing and training throughout the Country with institutions such as regional Law Societies and MBL Seminars Limited.
Helen has been highly commended twice in the Yorkshire Legal Awards, as well as receiving an award for second place in the Modern Law Awards 2016 in the category of “Rising Star” in England and Wales. HTF Legal has recently won an award in the Retirement Planning Awards as best Wills and Probate Solicitor in Yorkshire in 2022. More recently, she has been shortlisted for Managing Partner of the Year 2023 in the Yorkshire Legal Awards.
Property and training are her passions, so it made sense to combine them which lead her to use her knowledge growing up on a building site from a young age to being head hunted into estate agency, mortgage advice and processing and then into conveyancing. Having delivered training to 1000’s of conveyancers, Estate Agents, Property Investors and property buyers and sellers since 2001 Zoe has a practical and engaging style of training to liven things up and keep you interested.
Scott’s other work includes webinars and training within Private Client Law for a number of institutions throughout the UK.
Lisa specialises in training teams to effectively handle client enquiries, transactions and retention strategies. Lisa is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and has a proven track record of implementing successful client-centric approaches.
