This training webinar, brought to you by HM Land Registry endorsed training provider PCC Education Hub, reviews and condenses the content of HM Land Registry Practice Guide 19: notices, restrictions & the protection of third-party interests in the register, breaking this large practice guide down into small digestible course notes.

Notices and restrictions are used to protect third-party interests affecting registered land. The difference between notices and restrictions will be explained, we will discuss when each type of entry can be made and describe how to comply with or remove an entry of this nature which is existing on a registered title.
