Two little wooden houses sitting on top of 4 blocks spelling out 2024

As 2024 draws to a close, it is time to consider developments during the year. It has been eventful and challenging. Residential Conveyancers need to be aware of developments in residential leasehold conveyancing, advising clients on climate change, and there are some important lessons to be learned on from recent case law.

2024 has been an interesting year and in the final webinar of the year we will take a look back at:

  • The Law Society Guidance to the BSA
  • The implementation and use of the revised TA7 and TA6
  • The eagerly awaited Law Society Guidance on Climate Change for Conveyancers
  • BSA update lessons from the First Tier and Upper Tribunar
  • Recent cases on Restrictive Covenants, Easements and Land Registration

Please note, the course fee is per person.

The session is recorded and will be available on demand if you are unable to join live. Please book your place and the recording will be circulated 48 hours after the live session to review on-demand.
