The Today’s Family Lawyer Private Law Conference returns to Manchester on 20th September 2024. Following the success of the first one, held in September 2023, the conference will return to explore the challenges and opportunities for family lawyers in 2024 and beyond.
‘Family Law Futures: Navigating Tomorrow’s Challenges Today‘ draws on the reporting through Today’s Family Lawyer, which as a daily online news publication, is at the forefront of family law goings on. The conference will cover:
- understanding, identifying, and dealing with domestic abuse
- private children matters, the current work on cohabitation law reform
- TOLATA disputes with married/unmarried couples
- recruitment and creating a culture of excellence
- supporting families through the complexities of separation, divorce, and parental conflict.
