Applications to the Court of Protection and Deputyship management – 10 Part Series

The Court of Protection has had to adapt in recent years to cope with the level of demand for its services. However, at the forefront of this is the need to ensure that ‘P’ is protected at all times. Professionals are often required to make applications to the Court of Protection, often to appoint family as “deputies”.

In some cases they may also have to provide assistance to P in the management of their property and financial affairs. This 10 week course is designed to provide you with the latest practice and procedures to enable you to make simple and complex applications in the Court of Protection, and in addition run through the need to knows on day to day management so that you can advise your clients of their duties.

If you are or intend to act as a professional deputy you will also gain practical advice that will enable you to manage Deputyships efficiently throughout this 10 part series.
